In an effort to help prevent the spread of the coronavirus, Grundy Electric Cooperative will close its business offices to the public effective Tuesday, March 17, 2020. Members may still make payments by mail or use the drop box on the outside of our office building in Trenton, Princeton and the Bethany Warehouse. Employees will continue to answer your telephone calls, take requests for new service connects, service disconnects and all other business transactions. Members may also make payments and check their account status through the online billing portal at www.grundyec.com.
These steps are being taken in abundance of caution to protect the health and well-being of co-op members and employees alike. Grundy Electric will continue to monitor this situation and utilize the latest guidance from public health officials.
Grundy Electric will otherwise continue to operate as usual. Crews will continue to work everyday on construction projects, maintenance and responding to outages should they occur.
